@0850 slept well, first time in ages I can remember a good night's sleep. Could it be related to be strictly primal since 1/1. I mean really strict. Not even Sweet 'n' Low. Just as one snow does not a winter make; so to, not a single songbird makes it spring either. But, first positive thing of the new year.
