REPORT: evening

Retired at 2230. Tossed and turned. Couldn't go to sleep. Finally gave up and had a hot cup of tea.

No alcohol tonight. No coffee in the afternoon. No sun today.

No idea what's wrong. Just can't sleep. Neck hurts.

Argh!
