Not a bad night.
Went to bed early. Bored. No mental energy.
Slept thru. Woke up a lot. Sheets indicate a violent night.
During one of the many wc visits, tshirt damp collar.
Argh!
Will I ever wake up "refreshed and full of vim and vigor"
No dreams to speak of; at least nothing memorable.
