Another bad night
2230 - Turned in; right off to sleep
0153 - woke vivid ream about the next civil war; wc; bac to sleep quickly
0545 - woke up in terrified sweat, "light sweat" the tshirt was't soaked; naked and lost, but recognized in the dream that I'd been through this before.
0600 - first alarm wake up; ignore.
0615 - second alarm wake up; ignore
0630 - third alarm wake up; got up and got moving.
